If you find prices that seem very low give the clinic a call and ask them what is included in the price. It may be that things like anaesthetic or surgeons fees aren't included. Also make sure that the price quoted isn't part of a deal - if the word "from" is in front of a price this indicates that this is the cheapest price they offer which could well mean it is part of a package deal that involves other procedures too, which in the long run will cost you more and may mean you have to have something else done that you weren't really looking for.
